Details to settle before moving day

List any appliance interiors, cabinets or other requested detail work so M&G can confirm whether those tasks can be included. The final move-out scope is agreed for your property.

Give the cleaning room in your schedule

Explain when belongings will be removed and any tight timing before confirming. M&G will discuss the appointment directly with you.

Send your city or ZIP and photos of areas needing attention for a free estimate. The quote reflects the space, condition and work agreed on. Move-out cleaning is quoted separately from the two-hour standard-cleaning visit.

Prepare an empty or partly empty home before move-out cleaning

Plan the clean after belongings have been removed from the agreed rooms and before the property handover. Give M&G the expected move finish time and the deadline, and explain if furniture or boxes will remain. A property does not have to be described as empty if some rooms will still be blocked.

Send the landlord or property-manager checklist, photos and any appliance-interior requirements before the scope is agreed. Ask how to prepare requested cabinet and appliance interiors. Cleaning does not automatically include packing, moving heavy furniture or removing leftover belongings.

Confirm who provides entry, the parking and stairs or elevator arrangements, and any access or utility questions for the property. Coordinate remaining contractors and tell M&G if the moving timetable changes. The checklist, total quote and cleaning date are confirmed directly; sending the request does not reserve a slot.
