Standard cleaning concentrates on routine kitchen and bathroom care, accessible surfaces and floors. The standard package is $250 for two cleaners during a two-hour visit. Agree on the priority rooms; if more time is needed, the extra hourly rate and time are quoted and approved before continuing.
Deep cleaning adds detail work discussed separately, including appliance and cabinet interiors, baseboards, trim, accessible fixtures and window tracks. A walkthrough can be requested to review the condition and access before M&G agrees on the quote. Recurring cleaning, move-out work and guest turnovers also have their own scope and price.
Make the surfaces and access part of the request

If your home has older trim, delicate finishes or surfaces needing particular care, describe them and share the instructions you want discussed. For an occupied home, recurring visits can support kitchens, bathrooms and the areas you use most. For an emptying property, the move-out checklist and handover deadline matter more. For an Airbnb, send the host checklist and the time between guest stays.
