- Dust and wipe all accessible surfaces and furniture
- Remove cobwebs and dust from corners and ceilings
- Clean accessible light fixtures, lamps and ceiling fans
- Wipe doors, door frames, light switches and handles
- Deep-clean baseboards, trim, window sills and accessible window tracks
- Clean mirrors and glass surfaces
- Vacuum carpets, rugs and upholstered furniture
- Vacuum and mop floors, including accessible areas under furniture
- Empty trash and tidy the space

M&G discusses and confirms any walkthrough arrangements directly. The deep-cleaning checklist, quote and cleaning visit are agreed separately. Ask how to prepare appliances, cabinets and drawers for interior cleaning, and discuss access for work under the stovetop.
Once the cleaning scope, total price and cleaning visit time are agreed, arrange the $50 booking fee to secure the cleaning appointment. It is applied toward your total cleaning cost.
Prepare for the agreed detailed work
Use the confirmed checklist to decide what to make accessible. If appliance, cabinet or drawer interiors are included, ask M&G how to prepare them and what should be removed beforehand. Share photographs of difficult access, delicate finishes and any surfaces needing specific care instructions.
Identify furniture or belongings that block trim, window tracks or floor areas. The checklist refers to accessible work; heavy furniture moving, exterior windows and upholstery washing are not automatically included. Confirm entry and any room restrictions before the clean, and tell M&G if the condition changes after the quote.
