Make your turnover checklist specific
A guest turnover has a different deadline from an ordinary home clean. Send the rooms to cover, the tasks you need completed and the time available. M&G reviews the cleaning scope with you before confirming a visit.
Kitchens, bathrooms, floors and accessible surfaces are useful starting points. If you need bedding, laundry, restocking or other host tasks handled, ask about them explicitly. Confirm what is agreed rather than assuming those tasks come with cleaning.
Information your cleaner needs
Share enough detail to assess the work and the timing. Include photos of any areas requiring extra attention after a stay.
- City or ZIP, bedrooms and bathrooms
- Guest checkout time and the next check-in time
- Your turnover checklist and highest-priority rooms
- Access instructions and any detail work to discuss
Confirm the visit before relying on it
Sending an estimate request starts the conversation. M&G agrees the checklist, total price and visit time directly. A $50 booking fee is required to secure the cleaning appointment and goes toward the total cleaning cost; an estimate request alone does not reserve a turnover slot.
Turnovers are quoted separately from the $250 standard-cleaning visit. If several stays are coming up, share the dates when discussing your needs. Tell M&G when a rental needs more detailed cleaning than the usual turnover so the work can be assessed before the next visit.
