M&G agrees the cleaning checklist, total price and visit time with you. Arrange the $50 booking fee to secure the cleaning appointment; it goes toward the total cleaning cost.
For agents and apartment properties
Send the property details, requested checklist and the contact responsible for access. If you coordinate several people, identify who will approve the cleaning scope and price.
For an apartment turn or other property handover, share when belongings will be removed, what will remain and any property-manager requirements. M&G reviews the requested work before confirming the visit.
