Ask how to prepare each appliance or cabinet before the agreed cleaning. Explain access limits and what items will remain. The final checklist and quote are confirmed for your home; detailed interior work is separate from the $250 standard-cleaning visit.
Look at bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas together
Deep bathroom work discusses toilets, sinks, showers, tubs, mirrors, fixtures, cabinet fronts, baseboards and accessible corners. Outside the bathroom, M&G’s checklist includes accessible surfaces and furniture, cobwebs, accessible fixtures and fans, doors and switches, trim, mirrors, glass and floors.
