Pick the service from the condition of your rooms
A kitchen and bathroom that mainly need routine upkeep can fit standard cleaning. The $250 standard visit is two cleaners for two hours, with the rooms and priorities agreed beforehand. Extra time is billed hourly after the rate and time are quoted and approved. That is a timed standard visit, not a promise that every room in any home will be finished.
If you want appliance or cabinet interiors, built-up areas, baseboards or other detail work addressed, request deep cleaning. It receives a separate quote, and you can ask for a walkthrough to review the condition and access. For ongoing help, choose a separately quoted recurring plan rather than assuming the standard-visit price repeats.
Describe the property, not only the city
For a home in Ardenwald–Johnson Creek, Lake Road, Historic Milwaukie or another part of the city, share the actual address or ZIP. If a mailing address says Milwaukie but the property is outside the city boundary, include that detail. M&G confirms the location and any travel charges directly.
Tell M&G whether this is an apartment, a single-level home or a property with several floor levels. Include entry instructions, stairs or elevators, parking and the rooms that will be accessible. Photos of the kitchen, bathrooms and areas needing extra attention make your estimate request more useful.
- Room count and approximate size
- Condition, priorities and any delicate surfaces to discuss
- Building or home entry arrangements
- Preferred dates or a fixed handover deadline
Use the guide that matches your next step
For regular upkeep, explore the recurring plan. For heavier detail work, use the deep-cleaning walkthrough guide. Moving out? Share the landlord or handover checklist and the time belongings will be removed. Hosting guests? Use the turnover checklist and give the actual checkout-to-check-in window.
Before the visit, make the agreed surfaces and floor areas accessible and discuss any rooms or possessions that should be left alone. The existing preparation guide below explains what to ask without treating decluttering, moving furniture or host tasks as automatically included.
