Choose the rooms before choosing a frequency
Start with the kitchen, bathrooms and floors that get the most use. Add accessible surfaces and the bedrooms you want covered. If you have a home office, sleeping schedule or room that should stay private, explain the access plan so the recurring checklist works while the home is occupied.
For an apartment or compact space, identify the areas that will be clear enough to clean. A larger room count does not tell M&G how much time each surface needs. Photos and a description of everyday condition help make the scope discussion specific.
- Most-used kitchen and bathroom areas
- Accessible furniture and surfaces
- Carpet, rugs and hard-floor priorities
- Rooms and entry arrangements for each visit
Weekly, every other week or monthly?
Weekly visits offer more frequent routine support. Every-other-week cleaning may fit when you want regular help and can handle the small tasks between visits. Monthly visits leave more of the everyday upkeep to your household. Describe how quickly your priority rooms need attention instead of selecting a frequency only from the size of the home.
Recurring cleaning receives its own quote. The $250 two-cleaner, two-hour standard package is not automatically the rate for each recurring appointment. Standard-visit extra time is billed hourly at a rate quoted and approved before continuing.
Keep access predictable between visits
Send your Milwaukie address or ZIP and discuss entry, parking, stairs or elevators. If pets or work-from-home meetings affect access, explain the arrangements before the visit. M&G confirms coverage, any travel charges and dates directly.
If the first visit needs appliance interiors, built-up areas or detailed trim work, ask about a separately quoted deep clean. Before later visits, tell M&G about changes in condition or priority rooms. Clear the agreed surfaces and floor areas so the checklist can be carried out as planned.
