Define the guest spaces and host responsibilities
For a guest suite, apartment or whole-home rental, name the rooms to clean and any shared or private areas. Start with kitchens, bathrooms, accessible surfaces and floors, then give M&G your written turnover checklist. If part of the property remains occupied, explain the access boundaries.
Ask explicitly about bedding, laundry, restocking and other host tasks. Those duties are not automatically included in cleaning. Tell M&G what you will handle before the visit and what you want reviewed for the quote.
Provide the actual changeover window
Include the guest checkout date and time and the next arrival date and time. Mention if access depends on guests leaving, the host being present or another contractor finishing. M&G reviews the time available before confirming; a narrow request is not a guaranteed appointment.
Send the actual Milwaukie address or ZIP, building and unit details when relevant, parking and stairs or elevators. Location coverage and any travel charges are confirmed directly, including properties with a Milwaukie mailing address outside the city boundary.

- Checkout and next check-in times
- Entry and parking instructions
- Condition photos and host tasks to discuss
Separate turnover work from a larger reset
If the rental needs built-up areas, appliance interiors or trim addressed, discuss a separately quoted deep clean rather than assume it fits between guests. A walkthrough can be requested to review that detailed scope.
Turnovers have their own quote and are not priced automatically at the $250 standard package or a household recurring rate. M&G confirms the checklist, total and appointment directly. The $50 booking fee secures the agreed cleaning visit and goes toward its total. Future turnover dates are discussed; the form does not sync a rental calendar.
