Prioritize the spaces your household uses
Think about where cleaning builds up during a normal week: kitchen counters and floors, the main bathroom, the entry or the living room. Then list bedrooms and other rooms you want included. A focused checklist helps M&G plan regular visits around your home’s use.
Mention pets, floor levels, work-from-home spaces and any surfaces needing particular care. If only part of the home needs regular attention, identify that in the request. M&G confirms the agreed rooms and tasks directly instead of treating every property as the same clean.
- Kitchen and bathroom routine care
- Accessible surfaces in the agreed living areas
- Carpet and rug vacuuming; hard-floor sweeping and mopping
- Your household’s priorities and access instructions
Set a rhythm before choosing dates
Ask about weekly, every-other-week or monthly cleaning. Weekly visits offer more frequent help; every-other-week visits provide regular upkeep; monthly visits may work when you handle more cleaning between appointments. Explain your routine and the condition of the rooms so the frequency discussion is useful.
Share your Troutdale address or ZIP and any restrictions on entry, parking or being home during the visit. M&G confirms coverage, any travel charges and available dates. A request for a particular day starts a scheduling conversation; it does not reserve a repeating appointment.
Separate the initial reset from ongoing upkeep
An initial visit may need more time or a different checklist if there is buildup, appliance-interior work or detail cleaning around trim and accessible fixtures. You can request a deep-cleaning walkthrough to review those needs before starting a recurring plan.
Recurring visits are quoted separately from the $250 standard-cleaning package, which is two cleaners for a two-hour visit. Extra time on a standard visit is billed hourly after the rate and time are quoted and approved. Agree on the recurring price and scope with M&G before the cleaning appointment is secured.
