Describe what the next occupant needs
For a rental handover, send your landlord or property-manager checklist. For a home being sold, explain the agreed handover condition and closing timing. M&G reviews the work you request rather than assuming a fixed list applies to every move.
Identify kitchens, bathrooms, floor areas and any appliance or cabinet interiors needing attention. Send photographs that show buildup and the current room condition. Interior tasks and detailed work need to be reviewed and included in the agreed scope; they are not automatic additions to a standard visit.
Leave a realistic gap after the belongings are out
Give M&G the date and time the moving work should finish, plus the latest time the property must be handed over. If the home will be partly furnished or boxes remain, explain which areas will be accessible. Discuss tight deadlines at the start so the visit can be planned around the actual cleaning time available.
Share the Troutdale address or ZIP, floor levels, entry arrangements and parking information. If the address is outside the city boundary or reached through a different access route, send that detail instead of relying on the city name alone. M&G confirms coverage, travel charges and available dates directly.

Treat the move-out clean as its own service
The $250 package covers two cleaners for two hours of standard cleaning. A move-out clean has a separate quote based on the handover tasks, property condition and access. M&G confirms the checklist and total price before you arrange the appointment.
The $50 booking fee secures the agreed cleaning appointment and is applied toward the total; the balance is due on completion. Sending a request does not reserve a date. If you are preparing a home for listing photos before the move, ask about real estate cleaning and explain both deadlines.
