Give routine cleaning a clear set of priorities
Kitchens, bathrooms and frequently used floor areas are useful starting points. Add the bedrooms and living spaces that need accessible dusting and vacuuming. Explain any areas you want left alone so the recurring plan follows your use of the home.
If you have older woodwork, a delicate finish or surfaces requiring particular care, share the instructions before the first visit. M&G reviews the cleaning request; the recurring plan does not imply repair, refinishing or specialist restoration.
- Kitchen and bathroom routine tasks
- Accessible living-area and bedroom surfaces
- Vacuuming, sweeping and mopping priorities
- Surface instructions and rooms to avoid
Choose how much upkeep to handle between visits
Weekly service gives the most frequent help among M&G's regular home-cleaning options. Every-other-week visits create a regular rhythm with more time between appointments. Monthly visits work around a household doing more everyday maintenance itself. Discuss how the rooms look between cleans and what you want M&G to take off your list.
A recurring plan is quoted separately from the $250 standard-cleaning visit. That package is two cleaners for two hours, with extra standard time billed hourly after the rate and time are quoted and approved. Agree on your recurring checklist and price directly.
Explain the entry route and first-visit condition
Send the exact Oregon City address or ZIP, the floor levels and access instructions. Mention stairs, parking and any rooms difficult to reach. If the property is outside the city or on a nearby rural road, include that location detail so M&G can confirm coverage and any travel charges.
Heavy first-visit buildup or appliance-interior work may need a separately quoted deep clean. Explain that condition and request a walkthrough if you want the detailed scope reviewed. Future recurring dates are agreed directly; the form does not reserve repeating appointments.
