The remaining balance is due upon completion of the cleaning service.

If you cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled cleaning appointment, the $50 booking fee is non-refundable and forfeited.

Clarify the handover instead of assuming a fixed list

For a rental, share the landlord's checklist. For a sold home, explain the agreed condition and handover deadline. Identify the rooms, appliances, cabinets and floors needing work. M&G reviews which tasks can be included and confirms a checklist for the property.

If older trim or delicate finishes need particular care, share those instructions with photographs. Cleaning is discussed around the condition you provide; it does not imply repair, restoration or a guarantee about an inspection or deposit decision.

Give cleaners access after the move

Include when movers are expected to finish, what belongings will remain and the latest time the property must be ready. List floor levels and rooms, and explain stairs, entry and parking. A home that is partly furnished needs a clear discussion of which areas can actually be cleaned.

Send the actual Oregon City address or ZIP. If it is outside town or along a rural access road, provide that detail so M&G can confirm location coverage and any travel charges. A move-out request does not automatically reserve a date or establish rural coverage.

Agree on preparation, quote and appointment

Ask how to prepare requested appliance or cabinet interiors and who will provide entry. Let M&G know if the move timetable changes. A separately quoted move-out clean is planned around the actual work and available access rather than the $250 standard-cleaning package.

After the total quote and appointment are agreed, the $50 booking fee secures the cleaning visit and is credited toward the total. If you also need cleaning before listing photos or a showing, identify that earlier deadline and discuss the real estate scope separately.

What if my moving date changes?

Contact M&G directly as soon as the schedule changes to discuss your appointment. The published policy states that cancellation less than 24 hours before cleaning forfeits the non-refundable $50 booking fee; other arrangements must be discussed directly.
