Start with the handover requirements
Use the landlord or property-manager checklist as the starting point. If the instructions call for appliance interiors, cabinets, bathroom detail work or particular floor areas, include the requirements in your estimate request. M&G reviews which tasks can be covered and agrees on the final checklist for the property.
No single move-out checklist fits every Gresham rental. Explain the current condition and send photos of areas needing extra attention. Cleaning is planned around the scope you agree; it does not guarantee a security-deposit refund or the result of a property inspection.
Coordinate the move and building access
Give M&G the time belongings will be removed, the property handover deadline and any furniture or boxes that will remain. Cleaning around an occupied space can require a different plan from an empty unit. Discuss those limits before choosing a visit.
For a Gresham apartment, identify the unit, parking, building entry and stair or elevator arrangements. If movers or a building manager control access, explain who can let the cleaners in and when. Send the actual address or ZIP so M&G can check coverage and any travel charges.

Agree on the quote before the final moving day
Move-out cleaning is quoted separately from the $250 standard-cleaning package. The price depends on the property, condition, access and tasks agreed with M&G. If your schedule is tight, mention that at the start; dates are confirmed directly rather than reserved by sending the estimate request.
Once the cleaning scope, total price and appointment time are agreed, arrange the $50 booking fee toward the total. The remaining balance is due when cleaning is completed. If you are moving into another home and want regular help afterward, you can discuss a recurring plan separately.
