Define guest-ready for your rental
Make the cleaning request specific to the space: kitchen surfaces, bathrooms, floors, accessible furniture and the bedrooms guests use. Include the home’s size, floor levels and any rooms kept private. A written host checklist lets M&G review the tasks before agreeing on the turnover.
Describe any extra work separately. If you want help with bedding, laundry, supplies or restocking, name those tasks and ask whether M&G can include them. An Airbnb-cleaning request does not automatically include every hosting responsibility.
Plan from checkout to the next arrival
Share the date, guest checkout time and next check-in time. Explain whether the property will be empty, whether anyone else needs access and how the cleaners can enter. If a guest departure or maintenance job may change the schedule, mention that before the cleaning time is agreed.
Troutdale is at the east edge of the Portland metro area; use the actual property address or ZIP so M&G can review coverage and any travel charges. If your rental is farther east or outside Troutdale, do not assume the city page establishes coverage for that address. M&G confirms the location and available dates directly.

Keep turnover upkeep and deeper work separate
Some work is better discussed as a separate detailed reset, such as built-up shower areas, appliance interiors, cabinet interiors or trim. Ask about deep cleaning before trying to fit that work into a guest changeover window. A walkthrough estimate can be requested to review the larger scope.
Turnover cleaning is quoted for the rental and checklist; the $250 standard-cleaning package does not set its price. M&G confirms the total and appointment, and the $50 booking fee secures the agreed cleaning visit while going toward that total. Future turnover dates are discussed directly; the form does not import reservations or reserve an ongoing schedule.
