Use a host checklist instead of a general request
List the areas to clean after each stay: kitchens, bathrooms, floors and accessible surfaces are a useful starting point. Include the bedrooms and guest spaces that need attention, the rental size and photographs of anything needing detail work. M&G reviews the checklist before agreeing on the turnover scope.
If you need bedding, laundry, restocking or other host tasks handled, ask about each item explicitly. Do not assume those tasks come with cleaning. Describe your expectations and preparation so M&G can confirm what is agreed and what you will handle yourself.
Give the changeover window and access details
Send the guest checkout time, next check-in time and the date you need the clean. Mention whether guests, maintenance work or another contractor may delay entry. A narrow window needs direct review; requesting it does not establish availability or guarantee the turnover will fit.
For a Gresham unit in an apartment building, provide the building and unit, parking and entry instructions, plus stairs or elevator information. For a home, include the floor levels and access arrangements. Send your actual address or ZIP so M&G can confirm location coverage and any travel charges.
- Rental size, guest rooms and bathrooms
- Written host checklist and condition photos
- Checkout and check-in dates and times
- Entry, parking and preparation details
Agree on each part of the turnover plan
Airbnb turnovers are quoted separately from the $250 standard-cleaning package and from recurring household visits. Explain if you want a one-time turnover or help with future changeovers; M&G discusses the scope and dates directly. Opening the estimate form does not create an automatic calendar connection or repeating reservation.
If buildup or appliance-interior work needs a larger reset between bookings, ask about a separately quoted deep clean. Once the turnover-cleaning checklist, total price and appointment are agreed, arrange the $50 booking fee toward the total cleaning cost.
