Tell M&G about pets, work-from-home rooms and any private areas. Confirm whether all priority surfaces and floors will be accessible during the visit. A recurring checklist is agreed for the property; it is not an open-ended promise to complete every task that arises.

Pick the frequency from your household's upkeep
If cleaning builds up quickly and you want frequent help, discuss weekly visits. If you handle smaller tasks yourself, every-other-week cleaning may be a useful rhythm. Monthly visits leave a longer interval and more routine upkeep between appointments. Share that context when choosing a plan.
Recurring service receives a separate quote. The $250 standard package means two cleaners for a two-hour standard visit; it does not set the recurring price. Additional standard time is billed hourly after the rate and time are quoted and approved.
Confirm entry and changes before each visit
Provide the actual Wilsonville address or ZIP, entry instructions and parking details. If access is through a shared building or a particular floor, describe it. M&G confirms location coverage, any travel charges and available dates directly.
Discuss first-visit buildup, appliance interiors or detailed trim work before the recurring appointment. A separately quoted deep clean and walkthrough can be requested for that larger scope.
