Map the host checklist to the rental layout
For a house, townhome or apartment, list the guest bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and living areas to clean. Describe the rooms on each floor and any spaces that stay private. Include photographs of condition so M&G can review the work rather than estimate only from a guest count.
If you need bedding, laundry or restocking handled, name each task and ask about it explicitly. Confirm what you will prepare and what M&G agrees to include. Those host duties are not automatically part of an Airbnb-cleaning request.
Make the time window and access practical
Provide the checkout date and time, next check-in date and time, and any delay that could affect entry. If maintenance, a host or guests share access, explain the coordination before the visit. M&G reviews whether the agreed work can fit and confirms available dates directly.
Send the actual Wilsonville address or ZIP, entry instructions, parking and stairs or elevator details. If the property is nearby rather than inside the city, include that location detail. Coverage and any travel charges are confirmed for the actual property.

Discuss future turnover dates and deeper work separately
You can share several upcoming stays when requesting cleaning, but each arrangement and available date is discussed directly. The form prepares a text; it does not connect to a reservation calendar or automatically secure a repeating schedule.
Turnover cleaning receives a separate quote from the $250 standard package and household recurring plans. Built-up areas, appliance interiors or other detail work may need a separate deep clean. Once scope, total price and the appointment are agreed, the $50 booking fee secures the cleaning visit and is applied toward its total.
